RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. No Returns on Live Fish: We do not accept returns for live fish under any circumstances.

  2. Incorrect Fish Shipment: In the rare event that we ship the wrong fish, we will provide a full refund for the fish’s value and associated shipping fees. If the correct fish is still available and you wish to receive it, we will ship it to you at no additional cost, and you may keep the originally shipped fish.

  3. Size and Sex Estimates: The size and sex of fish are estimates based on professional judgment and are not guaranteed. Refunds or returns will not be processed based solely on discrepancies in size or sex.

  4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: In the case of a DOA claim, verified per our guarantee policy, we will issue a refund for the value of the fish only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Order Cancellations:

    • Cancellations are accepted only if requested at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled shipping days (Tuesdays). A 50% restocking fee will apply to cancellations made within 48 hours of the shipping day.

    • All other cancellations for live fish orders will incur a 10% restocking fee, with no exceptions.
